When we visited the Annapolis Sailboat Show in 2018, we had never heard of TMM. We were using the show to investigate various catamaran manufacturers and stumbled upon TMM’s booth near the end of our 2nd day. Within hours of meeting Lynn Crook and Don Pietrykowski, we had made up our minds that TMM was the charter company with whom we wanted to work. We placed our boat order and took delivery in late 2020. We have never looked back on this purchase. We greatly appreciate the flybridge top that TMM helped us procure as an after-market add. And their assistance in selecting boat options has helped us generate the best possible revenues. The boat has given us hours of great memories with family and friends in the beautiful BVI.
The TMM staff is top-notch. Our boat is well maintained with attention to details, addressing issues before they become problems. The team is open to our suggestions for repairs and upgrades, and has even implemented some of our ideas based on our request. They communicate issues quickly, not only ensuring that the boat is ready for the next charter, but also to avoid any surprises to us as owners. We really could not ask for a better group of people to manage our investment.
TMM places high importance on customer care as well. Always professional, they go out of their way to help. When faced with a medical emergency during one of our charters, TMM responded immediately. They opened a dock for us to return to the base, pointed us to the appropriate after-hours medical facility, and allowed us to remain in harbor overnight. They even helped us procure necessary prescriptions the next day without us having to drive around Road Town.
We are very happy with our decision to partner with TMM. We highly recommend them for yacht ownership or anyone seeking a memorable charter experience.
