Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician with a strong work ethic and an interest in the marine/yacht charter industry. This role is located at our charter base (Road Reef Marina, Road Town) in the British Virgin Islands.

You will be expected to perform routine maintenance on all air conditioning units within the fleet and around the charter base, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, and assist with other tasks required for the day-to-day operation of the charter base.

Experience with diesel engines and generators, as well as both 12V DC and 115/230V AC electrical systems, is beneficial. Previous experience in the charter industry is also a plus. BVIslander/Belonger preferred.

There will be a probationary period of 4 months, at the end of which there will be a performance review. Regular hours of work will be 8am to 5pm five days per week. You will be expected to work weekends and Public Holidays as required.
