Assistant Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an assistant operations manager with prior managerial experience and experience within in the marine/charter industry. This role is located at our charter base, Road Reef Marina, Road Town in the British Virgin Islands.

The position requires a good understanding of the charter industry, experience of sailing yachts, catamarans and power vessels, along with a strong understanding of their systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve issues as they arise. In addition, maintenance and quality control is a large part of this role ensuring our yachts are delivered to guests in first-class condition.

Boat Briefing & Marine Technician

Job description
Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, practical individual with a strong work ethic and an interest in the marine/yacht charter industry. This role is located at our charter base (Road Reef Marina, Road Town) in the British Virgin Islands.

The position we are looking to fill is a customer service, boat briefing and maintenance role. You will learn various boat systems, boat-watch checks and interact with our clients assisting with their requests. The role will develop when your understanding of marine systems reaches a point where you can perform yacht & chart briefings and perform check-out sails with our clients to determine their ability to handle the vessels. As your understanding of yacht systems improves further, you will learn how to diagnose and repair maintenance issues as they arise.

There will be a probationary period of 4 months, at the end of which there will be a performance review. Regular hours of work will be 8am to 5pm five days per week. You will be expected to work weekends and Public Holidays as required.
