Susie Sea II is the first 48 Open available for charter in the British Virgin Islands!

Designed by MLYDG, the 48 Open benefits from the latest advances in hydrodynamic performance to ensure the best balance between performance under sail and comfort in the hulls. Nothing has been left to chance in the design of this top-of-the-range boat to combine comfort, feeling at the helm, and ease of maneuvering whatever the conditions. The height of the bridgedeck, the slenderness of the hulls, the sail area, and the control of the displacement – all these elements contribute to a well-balanced boat.

A true signature of the Open range, the double aft helm station is ideal for steering at sea and maneuvering in marinas. This dintinctive feature offers a great view of the sails while remaining connected to the cockpit and the crew for a safer social experience onboard. 

The opening of the interior saloon to the outside is an undeniable qualiy of this new model. Optimized circulation and well-defined spaces make the border between the interior and exterior disappear to offer more space on board. This unique concept, revisited by designer Christophe Chedal-Anglay, takes a new meaning by centering itself around the bar placed in the heart of the saloon and at the center of gravity of the boat. This iconic elements creates a unique living space that adaprts to all moments of the day and to all lifestyles. Everyone will find their own use for the space, and all will be able to share these moments together. 

Featuring 3 full double cabins and the owner’s suite is fitted with Nautitech’s signature ‘Smartroom,’ which can service as an office with a desk or transformed into a bunk room with one double berth and a drop down single berth. Each space has its own function, in perfect harmony with you and your crew – a space that will evolve onboard with you.
