The TMM Yacht Ownership program is a refreshingly simple yet comprehensive yacht management program for those who appreciate service and allows owners unlimited use of their yachts. We offer an unlimited variety of charter boats for sale with a range of options that owners may select. Add to this the peace of mind knowing your boat is maintained to the highest standards—we take care of everything from annual haul outs to hurricane preparations, making your charter yacht ownership a worry-free experience.

The TMM Yacht Ownership program is simple and financially straightforward. We keep your yacht busy chartering when you aren’t using it. Charter revenues are split 75% to the owner and 25% to the TMM reservations office. Each yacht is billed monthly for dockage, charter preparations, maintenance and repairs. Yachts are billed periodically for costs, such as insurance, replacement of linens and other general expenses. The yacht owner receives a statement each month detailing the revenue generated and their operating expenses. The owner receives a check for the amount of revenue in excess of costs.
