Completely redesigned and updated from the popular Saba 50’, the Aura 51’ provides even more space and comfort. The doors from the large cockpit area into the salon fully retract providing one huge open living area. This unique feature offers a greater feeling of freedom and space as well as facilitating full communication between those inside the galley and salon and those sitting under the covered cockpit.
Absolutely accommodates a large sky lounge with spacious seating and cocktail table and a separate area with two sunbathing lounges, complete with attached pillows. The upper deck is a favorite space underway and ideal in the evenings under the stars.
Just a couple of steps down from the sky lounge and within easy communication, the elevated and covered helm station has room for three to sit comfortably. Absolutely is easily sailed with all lines leading to the electric winches at the helm, ideal for short handed sailing. Underway, the helm provides unobstructed views of the sails as well as port and starboard bows for fluid communication with the crew. With excellent visibility to the bow, picking up a mooring ball is stress free. Even docking is a breeze with a clear view of the starboard bow and stern.
Each of the six queen cabins has its own bathroom with separate shower. The air conditioned cabins all face outward with a view of the anchorage with opening hatches and screens, providing excellent airflow and light. The starboard forepeak is outfitted with a mattress, air con and a fan with use of a manual head for skipper or crew in the port forepeak.
Absolutely is generously outfitted with many of the comforts of home and includes additional equipment such as sunshades for the cockpit, helm and salon; 2,000+ watt solar panel; SUP/Kayak storage rack; 85 lb Mantus anchor w/ 300’ of chain; extra power outlets in galley; ample USB ports; Flexi-teak decking in cockpit, just to name a few.
